Contents of commercial registration service
Commercial registration is a system which in order to realize the safety of transactions involving corporations by registering the matters that have been determined from establishment to liquidation with the Legal Affairs Bureau and publishing the contents of the corporation to the general public. 1. Registration of incorporation
First registration when setting up a company
- Charging standard：

Certification of articles of incorporation 60 thousand yen (No required
for joint company）+ license tax（The amount of capital ×7/1000, stock
company is at least 150 thousand yen while joint company is at least 60
thousand yen）+ about 80 thousand yen charging fee.

To register when company name or purpose is changed

5. Registration of increase of capital
To register when capital is increased
- Charging standard：
- Increased capital × 7/1000( at least 30 thousand yen)
+ about 50 thousand yen charging fee

6. Registration of dissolution, liquidation, and completion of liquidation
To register when giving up company’s business
- Charging standard：
